Your program covers the medical consultation, ongoing support, and the tools to build sustainable habits — nutrition, activity, and progress tracking. If a GLP-1 medication is suitable for you, that's a clinical decision your licensed doctor makes independently during your consultation.

Your program includes a consultation with a licensed medical provider and a full intake review, a personalized care plan built around your health and goals, tailored nutrition programming, proactive side-effect guidance, ongoing care-team messaging, activity and habit coaching, monthly progress tracking and check-ins, and round-the-clock access to your AI guide and assistant. Everything is designed to support you through the program from day one. Any medication, if prescribed by your doctor, is dispensed separately by a licensed third-party pharmacy and is not part of what HealthifyRx sells.

Your care begins as soon as your consultation is scheduled, typically within 48 hours of enrollment. After you complete your intake, a licensed doctor reviews your information and consults with you to determine the right course of care. Your coaching, nutrition guidance, and care-team access are delivered through the HealthifyRx app and remain available throughout your program. If your doctor prescribes a medication, it is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by a licensed third-party pharmacy under appropriate cold-chain handling[1.1] - HealthifyRx does not source, store, or ship any medication.

If, after your consultation the doctor determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, your program fee is refunded in full, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Enrollment in the program does not guarantee a prescription and prescribing decisions rest solely with your licensed medical provider. As medications are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and governed by applicable drug regulations, they cannot be returned once shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete shipment, contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery and we will work through it with you.
